Yes, for all destinations we will provide you with a tracking number.

Please be patient as our shoes travel across countries and waters to get to you. All  orders will have a tracking number. Please use that to confirm the arrival date of your shoes. If your order shows as delivered in the tracking system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Meraki Design House is not responsible for lost orders.

Once your return is received by us and is inspected for wear, we will send you an email notification. You will also be notified, if your request for a refund cannot be approved. If approved, refunds are automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 10-12 business days. In some cases, this can vary. If you have not received your refund in a timely manner, there may be an issue with your bank or credit card company, so please get in touch with them before reaching out to us.

The item may have been removed if it has sold out.  Our items are produced in small batches and we don’t repeat the same design twice. However, if you fell in love with a pair and can’t stop thinking about it, email us and we can talk about getting it custom-made for you!

As every computer monitor and mobile device screen varies in color, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors for products shown on our website.

All of our merchandise includes  care instructions. For the best long-term care, gently clean the items with gentle soap and water (perhaps use a tooth-brush) and lay them down flat to dry.

For products with embellishments or embroidery, we recommend DRY CLEAN only!

The Meraki flats experience is the complete opposite of a typical shoe shopping experience. Usually, shoes tend to feel great during the first few wears, and eventually start to pinch and hurt, especially when you try to actually wear them for longer periods of time. Meraki flats may feel a little odd in the beginning, and a tad bit uncomfortable since they have a  snug fit, BUT as they are made from 100% genuine leather, they slowly take the shape of your feet and mold themselves to fit your feet like a second skin.

Typically this takes 2 to 3 wears, but if you can’t wait to wear them all day long, we recommend opening them up with socks on your first wear!

Simply because sometimes prints and patterns don’t fall on the shoes identically. We also try to minimize fabric wastage, and hence place the fabric in ways most efficient and least wasteful during production.

You don’t! Because there is no left and right when you start. These shoes mold themselves to the shape of your feet hence you make your own left and right!
